Crepes

Ingredients:

110g gluten free plain flour

2 large eggs

230ml milk

Vegetable oil for cooking

Method:

  1. Mix the flour and the eggs together until smooth.

  2. Gradually pour in your milk, while whisking - you should end up with a smooth pourable batter.

  3. Heat a large frying pan or crepe pan over a medium heat. Brush some vegetable oil over the base of the pan. Once heated, pour the batter into the centre of your pan. Lift the pan and use a circular tilting motion to help the batter speed as much as possible. Fry for about 1 minute (until the edges are starting to look cooked), flip and cook for a further 30 seconds. Repeat until you have finished all of the batter.
